It's from the Ashes DLC mission. You have to take Liara, but you can choose the other squadmate.

I think no matter who you take with you someone messes with Liara about anthropology and dinosaurs - even EDI does.

In ME2 when you go to Horizon if Grunts in your squad and Mordin is on the Normandy when Mordin is done explaining his counter measure for the seeker swarms

Grunt says "If I die I'm going to kill him" Great moment and I was LMFAO

It's not exactly a quote but there is a whole entire sequence on the Normandy where if you visit the bridge you find Garrus and Joker trading some jokes about Turians and Alliance soldiers. One of the few moments in ME3 where I was genuinely happy and was having fun.
