It's not exactly a quote but there is a whole entire sequence on the Normandy where if you visit the bridge you find Garrus and Joker trading some jokes about Turians and Alliance soldiers. One of the few moments in ME3 where I was genuinely happy and was having fun.

That one was great wasn't it. Joker says "Wait your telling me the Turian Milatary has a joke about me, oh man that is rich"

I was having so muc fun laughing at the jokes.

Someone already posted it but the yahg banter if you have Garrus and Liara on Sur'Kesh is great.

If FemShep takes a romanced Garrus to Grissom Academy Jack has a line where she says "Bite me Garrus! Or better yet, bite her. I bet that's how she likes it!"

The Steve line bothered me because Shepard (at least Male Shepard) gets so super serious/non concerned after that.

I couldn't help but laugh.  It just sounds strange because it is like someone told him to use inside voices.  I think he could've sounded a bit more concerned or at least yelled it out a bit and kept the intensity some.  But that was the only thing that bothered me about the acting so far.

Ash's uhm, orgasmic, response to him going down if he crashes is hilarious.  All the human reactions are funny.

I haven't gone through the playthrough with Ash at that point yet. Kaidan is pretty much my canon survivor because for some reason I can't stand Ashley's personality.  Not that she's a bad character or her VA is bad, it's just that (while she is also funny at times) she irritates me.  LOL.
