Edit: It would be ok to shower naked but only see shoulders upwards or sleep in a tshirt, but the one "nude" model for every occasion ruins it somehow.

I thought that sexy lingerie was meant to be worn VERY briefly, NOT all night.

I did see the Kotaku article discussing the sex scenes that were more showy, and I agree with it. If Bioware isn't going to do something like Uncharted and have mocap, then the close intimate moments where they whisper to each other and discuss their fears and hopes are just as perfect, probably more than perfect.

Well...I WAS kinda hoping that in ME1 when Liara and Ash confront male Shepard over which one it is that he want and one of Shep's possible responses was "Do I have to choose?"...I was HOPING that Ash and Liara would...kinda get into a bit of a 3-way.

I don't understand why everyone relates a realistic portrayal of a romantic scene is immediately related to porn. Seems to be a symptoms of the same sexual repression imo.

It's perfectly reasonable to request a tasteful and realistic portrayal of what is already included. Having Traynor get in the shower in bra and panties is weird, then having Shep join her wearing her full uniform is weirder. Just makes you think "oh yeah I'm playing a stupid game that's pretending to be more".

The scenes could have been done better without showing naughty bits or making them porn at all.

Yeah - Samantha Traynor showering in her underwear was kind of jarring. I don't care if we see nipples in the game or not, but I'd rather not see clothes when nudity seems to make much more sense.

ME1's sex scenes were well done. ME2's fade-to-black scenes were fine as well. ME3 went the Dragon Age route, and it's kind of dumb.

pointless nudity is pointless.

if you can tell the same romance without using skin and shameless naked asses and ****** shots, it means you did it right as a writter. It just proves that ME3's romance archetypes are strong and interresting.

unlike The Witcher's 2 stupid pointless rough ****ing... I mean, it doesn't really fit in the game, is just shameless fan service so we can see butts and ******, and in overall it is totally unuseful to the story.

back to ME3... Traynor taking a shower with her bra IS indeed stupid... that's where nudity could've been useful. in overall the scene was great but this little detail made it ackward...

it's still pointless fan service. when you get a sex scene 5 mins in the goddamn game, the tone is setted for the rest of the experience. I won't say that was ''bad''. it was actually pretty well done scenes. but if you can avoid it, do it. Not that I don't want to see naked chicks, oh hell no that would be pure lie... I just think that you fail as a writter when you just drop ****** on the screens everywhere to hook us in the game. fortunatly The Witcher's 2 had an extremely well written story so I could just don't care for all this pointless soft porn and focus on the political background.
