Oh, and women players were screwed over in the romance choices (and I don't mean in a good way). My wife said the only male on the crew that vaguely interested her was Joker, and she had no option to pursue this. The constant flirting of females with her creeped her out, and the male options were real put-offs. I guess she might have gone for Mordin Solus too, but that would be a bit like kissing a frog (and I doubt he'd turn into a prince anytime soon). Most guys went for Tali or Liara, because they are intellectual, smart and slightly geeky. But female players had no one like that - only a bunch of space jocks. Games designers need to work a bit more variety into their characters and they really need to get women writers (who are also gamers) to write scripts and do playtesting for female gamers. A huge untapped market, here, guys.
