Sweet baby jesus it SUCKS so bad there's no way to quantify the amount of crap it holds, i got it III from the spectre pack race i did and i was quite enthusiastic to see a N7 sniper come out 3 times like that but going in live action only to see it be abysmally bad, more so, it's quite sad to see such a 'ultra rare' weapon be this disappointing, the tag just doesn't fit one bit and make N7 tier look miserable, even more with a damage and armor piercing upgrades at level V it does miserably, it doesn't even body shot normal units in Silver, where Widow and other uncommon sniper rifles with a decent level does it.
The worst of this sniper is undoubtly the 'charging' sequence before shooting, which in my opinion obliterates any kind of usefulness due to the fact you need an imediate shot since targets won't always be standing still, thus making it impossible with this sniper.to track shooting targets efficiently.
I mean, if the damage was actually much higher due to all these negative factors it would sort of counter balance, but it's even lower to other 'inferior' rifles.
I think the only positive feature from this pile of dump is the cooler target inferface when you aim and the possibility to see targets behind obstacles also making possible to shoot them, i think it applies to smoke aswell but i didn't try since i had to roll this rifle one game to see how terrible it is.
Bioware seriously need to stop hyping these N7 weapons because the Javelin rottens this tag so bad and the Wraith & Talon doesn't fall a lot back too.
