Can we Get bloody Acknowledgement of the Connection Issue Here?!

I laughed the first time I was playing the single player campaign and the ludicrous disconnect error appeared, but now the regular disconnects have just become aggravating.

The "fix" I posted on the first page doesn't seem to help much anymore. Which is funny because it shows the problem is getting worse not better. This could very well be the last EA game I ever buy due to this fine example of what any company that has a customer should NOT do. Bioware has made some great games but apparently (either bioware or EA or both) don't seem to care beyond the cursory "check your router ports" after you have already purchased their product. Its quite sad in this day and age, with the ease of communication that they can't even find the time to put a sticky post on their official forums.

Now, I was pestering them with awkward questions about Operation Raptor being too succesful and thus overcrowding their MP servers, since I was experiencing nothing but connection errors last weekend. (Which, may be for the better, though. Imagine my nerdrage if I'd spent several hours leveling characters for the challenge, only to see them ruined by that epic promotion failure.) Well, they had me do the UOTrace thing. One of their servers was clearly down (gathered I with my limited tech understanding, I will gladly stand corrected if this was not the case), as 0 out of 105 packets sent got through. But EA Support jumped at the chance to ignore this when they realized I'm on a mobile sort of broadband. Which they would happily blame for every problem I could possibly imagine, as, and I quote "any latency under 70 ms is unplayable". Rrrrrrright. Of course every other MP game I've tried has been utterly playable on my mobile broadband. Even shooters. Even pew-pew CoD2, for crying out loud, for both times I've bothered with it. Funny it's only ME3 that has any problems at all.

At least I got the EA support to admit they "might sometimes have temporary issues with the mp servers. Still, the main reason for your connection problems must be your mobile broadband." I guess EA's comprehension of time is akin to the Reapers, who can afford to wait millions of years just for the kicks. Some of us lesser mortal organics might say the definition "temporary" does not apply to issues that have been around since the mp servers came up.
I admit I'm not the tech-savviest person around. But still. I'd understand EA's claims my mobile broadband was useless if I was losing connection to the net altogether. But I am not. I am simply losing connection to their glorious mp servers. As are everybody else. Regardless of their broadband type.
Yes, I do get some lag at times. Comes with the mobile broadband. That I can understand, and live with, since it isn't making the game unenjoyable. But I simply fail to understand how an average ping of 80-100 ms makes the game, in EA's view, unplayable. Or how on earth it might cause errors getting a stable connection to their multiplayer servers. If there's a ping limit that kicks you out after you go above their limit of 70 ms, then I for one would sure to told about that when spending money on one of their products.
Hard to imagine I'll be spending any more money on EA's stuff; not before they do away with their attitude, at least. If I'm to give away my cash, I at least want to be treated nicely for it.

Probably 1 in 4 games involved me losing connection... 99% of these disconnects happen in wave 10, only a few have happened in wave 6... Most of the time I play with friends so can rejoin in time for the experience but I'm mainly playing for money to unlock the rest of the characters I'm missing but I lose all of it!
We play silver so on average 15k per game... probably looking at 30 odd disconnects so far so im currently about 450,000 credits short of what I deserve because of some stupid bug/EA's terrible servers... Then we'll say 20 mins for a silver game to wave 10 x 30 is 10 hours of my game time wasted!
Came home from work today, thought I'd pop on and do some quick match MP... got to wave 6 and get disconnected... I've turned off ME3 and really CBA to play it now, it's getting to the stage where I might just give up... Getting disconnected and not getting to finish a game is frustrating enough, but to then lose all the work (and rewards) you've done is just down right infuriating and stinks of terrible game design...

I have made all the router / NAT / firewall changes recommended (I shouldn't HAVE to, nut nevertheless I have). I have played dozens of online games and MMOs without any connection problems whatsoever. Currently I can play SWTOR for many hours at a time with never a disconnect. I only have problems with ME3. This tells me everything I need to know, the problem is with ME3 and EA need to stop being in denial about it.
Although the multiplayer side of ME3 is fun, I would happily walk away from it because of these problems if it wasn't for one fact - the absolutely terrible design decision to link the single player campaign and galactic readiness to the multiplayer game. If I see this feature in any future Bioware game I won't buy it.

The more annoying thing is why do i have to connect all the time to a stupid server so i can play a SP game , soon i will be moving to a different place and there is no way i will be able to get network just like that , so when i wanna play the game , i will not be able cause DLC stupid checking or whatever.

If anyone from EA or Bioware reads this please do somthing to make our time worth while, either make it so that if we do lose our connection we get all the xp and credits we had earned up to that point, fix the servers so we don't have this problem, or patch the game if that is where the problem is but do it sooner rather then later.

It could also be involved in loosing my Commendation and Victory pack.

If you cannot make the multiplayer aspect of your game work properly then please do not link the single player campaign to it in any shape or form. it really annoys me that the SINGLE player campaign has been forcibly connected to multiplayer, so I can't just walk away from a broken multiplayer aspect of the game. Truly terrible game design and a very poor gaming experience all round.

From past few days, I'm facing this problem. I check my physical internet connection, diagnose my router, my system.
This happened not only once but thrice:Ok so I started up a Gold challenge on my system [or joining my friend's lobby], and I faced connection error when just about 10 seconds are left for extraction! I was like WHOA!
It is so frustrating as a player to see that you *wasted* those half hour just doing *nothing*.
I checked my net through browser and it was running. Hey EA, what gives?
One More [which is going on forever]:
I see other players gunning the enemies, but when I'm trying to kill, the health of the enemy does not updates. Sometimes it implies a sudden disconnection [and it shows up connecting...] but I can see other playes killing those enemies. Is it a lag? but I'm able to move and use powers. But just the health of the enemy does not updates.
It's a terrible user experience.

Is anyone aware of any official acknowledgement from anyone at Bioware about this issue? Out of 3 hours play last night I got one match completed.... lost bioware points and credits on 3 failed pack purchases. This is kinda dumb...
the closest i'm aware of to official acknowledgement has been my temp Ban, SO they have certainly seen this thread and probably a few others.. You can decide from there if their just keeping us in suspsense or ignoring us alltogether.
edit: they have acknowledged your lose of bioware credits, theres at least 1 BW post in a lose of credits/bw points thread. As far as your ability to earn them back though. No server disconnects have not been responded too to the best of my knowledge.

Desperately waiting for an update on this issue - just been disconnected on wave 10 of Gold. Was talking to a friend on voice chat using Steam the entire time so my connection was fine.
yeah i use Teamspeak but this happened to me alot too, Lately though it's only when i use equipment, so i've avoided using equipment :/ it's reduced frequency but it still occurs from time to time.

Definitly agree guys it is getting
rediculous. We have three of us in the same house all trying to play and
in 4 hours of playing we only managed to get 4 matches to extraction
because we ALL got kicked off during the other matches.
EA/Bioware DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not sure they're going to respond to us unfortunately. I'm honestly about ready to quite playing. I had a friend who has infact stopped playing for the moment until we're 100% sure my issue is fixed because every time i lose my connection it screws my team over unfortunately :/
What's really sad is you're all in the same house. We're seperate by states xD One in wisconsin Me in michigan, and another in Virginia/PA.
Your situation is frankly unexcusable though.

"Can we Get bloody Acknowledgement of the Connection Issue Here?!"
Seriously.
EA/BW should truly be ashamed of themselves. After more than 14 years of online gaming I have never witnessed such truly fecal service or utter disrespect to paying customers.
But hey, maybe EA/BW are better than what I just claimed? Prove it to me, Devs. Prove all of us wrong. I'm a diehard Bioware fan, but this is ... Yeah.
