f...ags? I am no cigarette...
Here in the UK f...ag sorta means cigarette dude XD

Oh well then, I love the occasionnal **** from time to time. But eh, not too often, after all, I hate the smell of them ****s. Remembers me when I was just 16, trying to hit a quick **** when I was going out in town.
Ok, I should stop the cigarette puns

My first interaction with him was when Traynor suggested he was upset about something. Until then I didn't even know he was there. After he told me about his dead gay husband I immediately thought it was back-peddling by bioware for the lack of gay romance options in ME1 and ME2. Since I wasn't sympathetic to his issue I never spoke with him again. He can be romanced?

Look, the thing that struck me as most important about Steve Cortez was not that he's gay. It's that he was always willing to fly into danger in order to save Shepard and his crew, with no concern about his own personal safety.

I know we're smoking, but there are nicer things to be called rather than a cigarette. I appreciate his flattery though ^_^

Homophobes are usually just closet queens who can't accept the fact that they are really gay so they lash out at people who are. Either that or they are totally brainwashed by religion or something.

People who hate garlic are usually people who love garlic, so they lash out at people who love garlic.
Neat.

I knew reapers are latent organics.

p.s.
I suscpect myself to be broccoliphoebic.

Make sure to get some nice spot for me. I mean, I will not burn there for those reasons but I'll definetly get down. So once there, I hope we can still post in these boards.

Yeah, and you know it was no easy task changing Shepard's sexuality without compromising his character. The writers did good. In my opinion, FemShep has always been rather... bisexual, unless you explicitly tell Liara you're only interested in guys in ME1.
And even then there's still the consort, and Shiala touching your cheek lovingly in ME2.

I also thought Gianna Parsini seemed like a good match for FemShep. Too bad she wasn't an option :(

I don't mean to annoy anyone or inflict on their beliefs.
I don't decide what is accepted and what isn't accepted, that is up to the majority.

Its just I feel this Cortez guy should be allowed to die or be removed from the game if the player feels it necessary so the player doesn't feel uncomfortable about Cortez's personal life.

(*facepalm) Dude. Put down the shovel. You just keep digging a hole.

You're still wanting to eliminate someone over their sexuality. Do you want to blow Liara out an airlock for going after femshep? What about Traynor?

My femshep dated liara and had moments with Traynor.

And here is why i lose faith in humanity at times.  I understand people may not agree depending on your upbringing, religious beliefs (or not), I get it . But verbally attacking people isn't going to help either and you are de-humanizing people by doing that.  And so everyone knows. I am an American (who does loves the constitution and the right for EVERYONE to have an opinion.) I was raised in the south and was brought up in a church community. Was I against homosexuality, yes.

BUT I spent 21 years in the military and have been around the world and experienced many cultures. I learned something along the way and that is I am ultimately repsonsible how I react to other people or what i say to them. It's not just me here, we all have differences and we all should learn to be tolerant of each other. My fiancee is also bisexual. She was very up front about it from the beginning on and we have been engaged for over 4 years now. At first i was like, "UH HUH WHAT!?!" I love her for who she is on the inside not what she is or because she is bisexual. That's not the point of it. Unfortunately some people will not be willing to accept it or learn to be tolerant. You are entitled to believe what you want or your opinion. It doesn't mean I agree with it.  Even if I didn't agree with being LGBT, they still have a right to live their life as they see fit.

And how Cortez and Vega always gave eachother crap...
Vega for being a meathead and Cortez for not joining the real fight...

I love when they were arguing about which was better, the MAKO or the Hammerhead...
