Cortez is only for men, Antonio. You can use Kaidan he's bi if you want.
Oh damn, then that ruins my plans. I guess my FemShep will just have to eat crow and go back with Kaidan. *Sighs*. There aren't many options to love in ME3.

Hilarious Shepard yell aside, great character with a solid backstory. A mourning widower getting an extended role in a video game? To me, that was more surprisingly than the fact that Bioware gave a lot of screen time to a gay male character. I didn't do the romance, but thumbs up on execution all around for this one.

In my opinion it's a shame that kind of deviant behavior is in this game. Now that I know Bioware is pushing this agenda. It will be the last game I buy from them.
We won't miss you. Buh-bye.

She can also go for Liara or Samantha, if she's xeno-flexible or bisexual.

have you not played a bioware game before? There were gay options in Jade Empire, and Dragon Age: Origins also.

Gay romance scene makes you sick? You must be completely heterosexual with no insecurities whatsoever.
Love Steve Cortez, best new character in ME3, IMHO.
And I did not mind at all that you can play a gay (male in this case) chararcter. That's the coold thing about RPG's, you can be and do things you wouldn't in your real life.
Adding more to the game does not substract, it adds.

As soon as he said he had a husband I always approached him awkwardly, I prefer if there was a way to kill him in the story.
I sincerely hope you're not serious.
The game isn't suppose to end happy, people need to die.

My country has allowed that to happen for 8 years and since I know a couple married homosexuals, I find it surprisingly normal.DJBare wrote...
I have to admit it was just slightly awkward for me, while I am accepting of the diversity of our civilization I have never spoken with a man who has a husband, I've known many guys who have boyfriends but I was not prepared for husband, but once I got over the initial awkward feeling I was sad at Steve's loss.
I mean, just like any other married couple.

Couldn't possibly be as disturbing as your antiquated attitude. It's the 21st Century, I suggest you learn to cope, gay isn't going anywhere.

Besides, if you have such a problem with the male on male scene, how come you have not complained about the relationship between Shepard and Liara? Or Shepard and Chambers? or even Shepard and Traynor?
Typical male hypocrite. Its okay if they're lesbians... but heaven help you if its a man loving a man.

And you want to make sure the gay guy dies. Still not seeing why the rest of us think you're a homophobic notnicewordgoeshere?

Equating homosexuality with hate, murder, killing, rape, and war?
I bet you banged an alien in at least one of your playthroughs, didn't you? How's that for "precious perversions"?
