Start at 14:30 and watch the dream sequence up until the point when Shepard "wakes up"
On my 2nd playthrough I noticed this... It doesn't seem like Shepard was asleep at all. It seems more like he was in a trance of some sort or seeing visions. This just seemed very indoctrination esq to me.

Also noticed the "oily shadows" and the voices which are all indicitive of indoctrination but I know this is not new information.
