I have found that I can achieve this with a 60th lvl Vanguard with maxed Vindicator, Disciple and Carnifex. Has anyone else seen similar combinations?

I'm sorry if this seems silly but, I rarely play other classes.

You could probably add SMG with ultralight materials mod to your loadout at no cooldown cost. I don't see a point in having more than 2 weapons though.

LOL, maybe it goes back to ME1 where we carried around a bunch of stuff that we never used.  ;)

Why have those when I could have a Paladin and a Wraith at 200%?

Yeah, one of the light SMGs with Ultralight V mod will effectively count for no weight (I'd imagine behind the scenes it would be something like a fraction of a percent).

Personally I go for flavour. Having something for long, medium and short range makes one feel rather versatile.

That, and +200% recharge is difficult to notice. Hell, I didn't even notice the difference between +100% and +50% on my Adept. The Rosenkov gear does well when fighting cooldown times.

I went Wraith, Vindicator, Paladin, and Lokust and had about 170% reduction as a Vanguard.

i was thinking about this.....

disciple
locust
scoped carnafax

light weight, gives you a shotgun, a full auto spray and pray, and a long ranged scoped weapon. although do i want to take all three of those weapons, or just the revenent.......

i really wish i could put some guns like the arc pistol, scorpion, or talon into different weapon categories. id like trying the talon, the scorpion and the carnafax but its impossible.

My favorites are Mattock and Disciple at 200% for Vanguard :)

Mattock + Disciple and you can carry any SMG for fun.

This however is not needed. You are basically just carrying them for the sake of carrying them :P

Honestly, I played as a soldier, and carried a heavy pistol, shotgun, assault rifle, and sniper rifle for the majority of the game, and really didn't have an issue. But other classes probably would suffer a bit more as they require the use of more biotics/tech.....

As an Adept, it's possible to get to 200% recharge. Lightweight pistol, any SMG with Lightweight materials, Avenger or Vindicator for the assault rifle OR the Disciple for the Shotgun.

The question is, what kind of cooldowns were you experiencing. I'd love to play an Adept with this set of weapons but even if I fell back to using the very lightest pieces of kit, its not likely. I doubt even a soldier would get much out of it.

Personally, I think ultralights should have been made available for heavy pistols, too.
