This may be a glitch but,

I have just started the priority Earth mission and somehow the dream audio has started. The whispers the dead crew and the non dead crew are all talking while there is a gun fight going on.

Now that I have heard it for quite some time I thought the boy could be laughing or crying.

It's probably a glitch but I thought I would post just in case

I heard "Turn around" at one point as I approached the kid, which freaked me out a bit.

Ok, having listened to it more, I do hear the "Stop dreaming". Also, when near the kid the really deep raspy voice sounds like it's saying "Do not trust him."

It's also worth noting that when you wake up you do the facepalm as if you have a headache.......

But yes, I agree and I realized this too, especially in the 2nd dream sequence after you 'wake up' it is unclear whether you were actually sleeping or just hallucinating as you have a datapad in your hand and seem to be standing from what I saw.... This could be backed up by this datalog from ME2 the Arrival.

EDIT: If it starts at the start, skip to 13:10..

In that video that was linked as Shepard approaches the kid a second time and the whispers gets louder I can hear one that says something about "warning"... there's also a deep male voice that gets louder but it sounds like it's talking backwards.

lol i really hadn't realized how incredibly creepy the dreams are until now. I keep getting goosebumps while watching that 11 minute video on youtube.

We really need those audio files so we can play around with them (reverse play, higher/lower pitch, increase/decrease speed, etc.). Might reveal more things hidden in there.

That is REALLY interesting. I hadn't remembered that.

No kidding! I've been sitting at that part of the video trying to hear anything else, and I keep getting chills going up my spine.

For some reason, I think I hear Hacket say something like "Shepard do..." replaying every few seconds(after 7mins in the video). also some of those whispers appears to be your teammates or other characters saying things but like if you where in a room full of people unable to distinguish between convos... At one point in the video (around the time I start hearing hacket(when nearest the kid) you can also hear something sounding either like Harby, Grunt or Wreax.

PS: The part where the whispers are distinguishable are replayed lines of either ME1 or ME3(Ashley or Mordin) so that part can sortha be ignored since it's mostly memory,

PSS:
Ummm Hacket might not be saying "Shepard do not trust him", but "Shepard do you hear me"... as a foreshadow to what happens in the citadel... Interesting...

After Rannoch I think I heard Legion say "I don't want to die" - not sure if that's one of the "obvious" ones or not since I didn't have subtitles on.

All of this stuff sounds really awsome and creepy. I'll check out my recordings.



Also, what do you all think the meaning was in the final dream where the kid runs over to a copy of you, who smiles in a creepy way? It was too eerie to be a positive thing about saving humanity, so I'm assuming it meant something bad.

"Do not trust" is what I keep hearing there. I've been trying to figure out what else that voice is saying, because it has a number of lines. So far, that's the only one I've been able to discern.

This stuff is starting to seriously creep me out. I don't know about the IDT, but all of this seems to be more and more likely that it happened the deeper we go. What on Earth in happening at BioWare?

Around 8:14ish whilst standing by the child there's a really slowed down deep voice, it sounds like it's saying:

"You are not welcome"
