Do Banshees have a weak spot?

I've noticed on almsot all others that they are weak in some spots, but I haven't found one on Banshees.  Dmg seem equal no matter what.

The Banshee's weak spots are her stomach and breasts. It's a small increase, but it is there. Don't aim for the head, you don't get a damage bonus.

Their weak spot is when you are too far away from them to melee you.

Show them the ending of the game, they will die instantly. I saw one throw herself under a M35 Mako.

It seemed once they are down to armor shooting the belly, especially with Sniper Rifles, did more damage than the head.

Anyone knows if Warp spawn with an Adept works? It seemed likely, but I´m not doing another ME3 to try it walkthrough anytime soon.

Turrets, Drones, and Decoys. If you're lucky, you can get them to focus on those and they'll stand there trying to hand stab it.

Usually I will take them out to a nice dinner, something we'll both equally enjoy. Make sure to listen as well, it makes them feel special. Follow that up with a nice walk in a park or on a beach and you'll have them so weak they won't be able to stand......

......sorry, I got bored at work..... Honestly I can't find a weak spot on them either, I just try to stay as far away from them as I can.

Headshots do more damage if you have the Infiltrator perk to increase headshot dmg though, no?

No -the developers wanted them to be scary - you are not supposed to kill them in one shot  (the damage from a cloaked  infiltrator  with Widow can exceed banshee HP lvl (head shot multiplier)  - however you don't hear anybody brag about being able to drop them in 1 shot - that is because banshees are immune to headshots  )

Source / proof?

They are only immune to headshots because of their barriers AFAIK.

Makes sense. I tried this out even on Casual mode...or the easiest mode out there. You still CAN'T one shot them. But they go down fast with Reave....Not sure about insanity. Trying it out then

No specific weak spot, but their weakness seems to be combos. Then again, everything has that particular weakness :)

Dakka. If you can't kill them fast enough, you don't got enuff dakka. And if you can kill them fast, you could kill them faster too, so you still don't got enuff dakka.

Dakka solves everything.

*Note: Dakka can also take form of biotic explosions and/or techbursts. Dakka is not limited to projectiles. You have neva enuff dakka.

If your on the last mission before you have to go against Marauder Shields you will have to fight three and a bunch of other guys. I would say do your best to stay alive and when you hear EDI tell you to use the launcher forget everything and go press the button.

So if I shoot them in the arm it's the same as shooting them in the gut, head, or anywhere else?
Oh wow good to know. All this time I took so much pains to shoot them in the head. On that note do Ravagers have a weak spot then?

Warp spam works good if you have the time.  It'll continually drop health.  The same with all armor units like Brutes and Scavengers.

I'll have to try out the stomach and breasts.

I'm at the final missile section.  Personally I never felt it was that hard once I learned a little trick for last section.  I use the Reaper beam to kill them.  I draw them to the right side of missile vehicles and the Reaper does the rest.  Then I just basically run around and dodge until it's time to hit the button.  You never really have to fire a shot.

Well it didn't seem to damage them much by targeting stomach and breasts. At least with the sniper riffle there was little difference. I ended up kiting them and using Warp.

That last section of the end battle, it is possible to finish it without ever firing a shot on insanity. When I beat it, I think I may have shot and killed 1 Marauder, but that wasn't even necessary.
