I'm having trouble redeeming the code on xbox live doesn't say i have the right number of characters, can someone help me?

Maybe you typed the code in the wrong way. If I'm not wrong the Live code is 25 characted divided in 5 blocks of 5 digits.

Imputting it on XBL won't work, since you need to redeem it in your BSN (Bioware Social Network) profile.

Input it without the dashes.
