I'm having an issue where my User Entitlements page isn't reflecting content I've unlocked in DA:J or The Edge that I should have unlocked by registering my game UPC.  Strangely it does have my Blood Dragon Armor content unlocked, but I added that through the game and not through this site.

I'm on XBox360.  My DA:O progress updated recently, though updating has been intermittent.  I'm thinking whatever is causing my entitlement page to not update is also preventing me from having the content in-game.

If someone from Bioware or whoever does tech support for this site could help me out I'd appreciate it.

BioWare is still working on granting people the "The Edge" entitlement, and it may not have been added to your account yet.



The DA:Journeys item(s) should be showing up - please contact EA customer support if it is not showing up on that page.

This is two questions, where is the UPC code which uploads it to your registered game and where is the entitlement page. Thanks
