I bought 1600 bioware points to get me some spectre packs.
This all went okay.

I started up the game, went to the store and noticed it didn't show a number for bioware points.
However I still had the option to buy things via bioware points.

The second I click buy with 160 bioware points, I see in-game origin pop up and ask me to confirm the purchase and they'll send me a email confirming the purchase (the receipt), so I was like, cool and confirm, closed that window and the purchase went on back in the game.

So I bought my first pack, got 10 things instead of 5.... which surprised me, but I went on.

I bought a second box, got 5 things normally. (again had to do it via the origin page thing)

Now **** hits the fan, I try to buy my third pack everything goes okay, but when I click the confirm button and go back in-game, the "please wait" message doesn't go away, so I waited for like 3 mins... took a bit long so I went downstairs to get some food and a drink, check the forums and then went back, still said please wait....

So I alt-f4'd because this was taking over 10 minutes by now, I restarted the game and now I have 0 biowarepoints?

So I went to check for the receipts origin said I'd get for every time I bought a pack, I didn't get those, the only receipt I got is from EA/Bioware for the 1600 bioware points purchase...

How do I get a refund or get my remaining points back?

EDIT:
The bioware site says I still have 1220 bioware points, so they say the purchase actually went through.
However none of the points I should have left are there, nor did I get the items of that purchase...

EDIT2:
Kept restarting origin and the game in hopes of it beign a network issue (since today it kept showing that it was connecting to Origin (EA) where it says press any button to begin), when I went to multiplayer, first thing I saw after loading was done was a popup of rewards for the spectre pack, so I did get my stuff for that 3rd purchase.

EDIT3:
Im also able to make purchases now again with my bioware points - problem resolved.
Seems the Origin network is just being very slow.

EDIT4:
Issue seems to be network related on Origins side.
Just got 10 items out of 1 spectre pack, after the purchase it took about 5-8 seconds for it to show how many bioware points I had left.

Yeah it was pretty magical, was secretly hoping it would also happen in the other purchases..
I tried to make a screenshot as proof but I only got a black screen on the image for some reason...
