5th Xbox? That's funny. I'm on a launch console. Unlike most people i don't set my **** on the ****ing Carpet to let it collect dust. You get what you paid for. In this case you purchased a piece of ****. :D:D

Sorry not only do I not believe for 1 second that ur first Xbox is kicking but also the fact that you infer you paid for anything lol. The only reason why you think Xbox is better than a pc apparently is that you cried to your inbred parents/uncle/aunt and finally got one. Henceforth you declared war on anything that you didn't start out on.

Xbox as an investment just... Wow dude. Even comparing to a pc is flabbergasting. This pretty much reads you are either a complete idiot or clearly blind. Which is it?:D:D

Aw... looks like a struck a nerve. The poor baby has to try and defend his Gaystation. Suck it up. You got ****ed over and i get the last laugh. HUR HUR. lmao

You're fanboys insistent on blaming a different company because you're in absolute denial that Sony could be to blame, despite the problem being SPECIFIC to your console.

Yes, you're fanboys for blindly believing that your console is flawless and any issue is anyone else's fault but Sony's.

Was a dig at bioware not ps3 i own a ps3 dumb arse.

...once again you failed. its not BioWares or EA, its due to Sonys security limitations on their PSN...like i said, pay attention. lmao

This. So much this.

Not even a "console war" statement... just truth. PS3 is a great piece of hardware, the graphics are undeniably better than the Xbox-360.... BUT the problem is in the service. Xbox just gets better service, BECAUSE you PAY FOR IT.

Simple really...

Have you read any of my posts? Or are you just retarded like most of the other detractors of this thread? I actually didn't place blame on anyone, but merely stated it probably isnt Sony's stand on security that is the issue. I never claimed that Sony is flawless, in fact I think they are riddled with flaws. Just like the Xbox. So don't put words in my mouth, dim one.

id love to blame Sony. hell i prefer the xbox over the PS3. im just not stupid enough to pay to play online when i can do the exact same thing for free

but considering all bioware is doing is monitoring everyones stats, there should be no reason why the PS3 is excluded. microsoft is known for paying off companies for exclusive or early content. i see no reason why this situation is any different. and with EA being the greedy pricks they are, theres no doubt in my mind that they have a say in this

By that logic, all services should be inferior to XBL since they're free. PC gaming? Garbage, it's free, can't be good. I've experienced more lag in 3 months on XBL gold than I did in 2 years on PSN. As I said earlier, I don't think anybody should be playing Mass Effect on a PS3, but that old fallacy about XBL being superior because it has a sucker tax for online and all that is pretty ridiculous.

Yeah i had an XBOX once but got rid of it because it just isnt worth paying to play online games. Not saying PSN is anything special, but when its free and its what my friends have, its the easy choice.
But i must add if i cared enough, i'd shell out the money for a mean PC, because i can't see anything being better

While I have been an Xbox 360 owner since '07, I will admit the raw hardware potential of the PS3 is very significant. I find it pathetic that in this day and age, we still have to throw out the "my [censored] is bigger than yours" comments with these consoles. They all have their merits as well as their downfalls (PC included here...although the only one I can think of is DRM), and shopuld be treated as equally great experiences.

It's this kind of elitist [censored] talk that puts you guys at one step away from being thrown in with the /v/ rabble.

That said, I still don't understand why Sony still has this archaic standpoint with 3rd party developers, especially with companies such as EA / Bioware. This just seems like a 1-step forward, 2-steps back kind of thing.

Gotta love the logic that EA/BioWare is deliberately taking steps to alienate and upset a third of their potential playerbase for multiplayer by not including them in weekend events.

Seriously, are you people so devoted to Sony that you refuse to consider that perhaps they are the problem? What possible reason would EA/BioWare have to leave the PS3 players out if the decision was theirs? It's in their best interest as a company to extend as much as they can to all their customers; if they can't do things for the PS3, odds are it's Sony and their policies at fault, not EA/BioWare.

While I personally don't believe it's the cause of this situation, Microsoft has a storied history of paying publishers to withold content from the PS3, even if only for a certain amount of time. Money makes publishers leave PS3 players out of things, and in some cases 360 players, as Sony does this from time to time as well. They just don't do it half as often as Microsoft.

Retarded, huh? Wow, there's a top-tier intellectual insult.

I've read your posts. And your terrible logic doesn't actually mean anything to me, hate to break it to you. Your argument and opinion probably make sense to you, in your head, but people with some sense are able to identify your ranting for the absurd nonsense it is.

First of all your lack of grammar is disturbing, simply showing your lack of intelligence.
Second off, it makes no sense for a company who still plans to produce FUTURE games and DLC to upset a third of their buyers.
Where as is DOES make sense for sony to be paraniod about their level of security after what Anon did to them. Think about it, quit being a fan-boy and use what little brain you may have.

Have you EVER placed a screen with and Xbox360 next to screen with a PS3? with the same game?
Or try to compaire the raw data from the two systems.
PS3 is NOT better than an Xbox, they actually are about equal, Xbox graphics are superior, while at the same time the networking capabilities of the PS3 reign supreme.

I'm not sure where you got the impression that PS3 had better grahics...but you got fooled.
And as far as sound quality? Its all the same when you plug in.

And as far as XBL vs PSN, XBL has better service...due to the fact that Microsoft activly works on inproving their customer service, while sony quite obviously...does not.
It has nothing to do with the fact that one must pay for it. I pay for my phone, and car insurance...and get HORRIBLE customer service from the providers.

Networking capabilities reign supreme on PS3 yet everyone I know that has owned one tells me PSN sucks and lags like crazy compared to LIVE? ... Hmmm interesting ....

I said CAPABILITIES, not the PSN, thats sonys network. it doesn't run directly off the PS3
