Although I would enjoy this so much if it were the case, it isn't. The problem is Sony's fault. They have been paranoid ever since their crappy gaming service got hacked.

I was thinking it was related to that as well, but I can't imagine that being the hold up. Other things have been able to unlock via other promotions.

Yeah, I was just being playful, but Sony isn't doing too well financially. I just hope they can straighten everything out and let us participate in some events.

one thing is sure, its more likely it being EA fault rather then PS3. they already screwed up things with valve and i wouldnt be surprised if they're on the same path with sony.............

ps3 and psn supports this type of events, as it happens with another games. besides i'm not an ps3 fanboy (i own other platforms too).

@OP I will agree that they did get the short end of the stick when it came to events, but the N7 weapons are not exactly the best in the world. The valiant is neck-in-neck with the black widow, but all the others (ESPECIALLY the hurricane (which I have)) suck.

with valve well........was very obvious, now regarding issue with sony, well looking at EA history it wouldnt be a surprise  i think EA wants to be Activision BFF

You missed my point, pal.  I'm saying EA only gave PS3 users Mass Effect because they wanted a share of that market.  Nothing wrong with that.  But they did it so haphazardly that it's now all about their bottom line.

And this alone wouldn't have pissed me off, btw.
