I'm sure I'm not the only one here who's sick and tired of having 20+ minutes of Experience/Credits go down the drain because "You have lost connection to the Mass Effect servers." (Odd, considering you're still connected to PSN) and thus just wasted 20+ minutes of your life.
It's especially frustrating when you're down to the last few seconds of a match waiting for evac, then suddenly you lose connection to the servers due to no fault of your own, yet you're still punished for it. Why should we have to lose our hard earned Exp/Creds because of EA's server issues? (I don't even want to think about how the folks who've actually been spending real money in MP must feel about this...)

Either EA needs to improve their servers to stop these sort of random disconnects from happening, or they need to make it so that you gain Exp/Creds in real time, so that even if you do get disconnected, at least you still get to keep the Exp/Creds you earned up until that point. Because this is completely unacceptable, and if it isn't addressed soon, then I'm going to quit playing online altogether.

Yeah... I dropped today about 3-4 times due to "lost connection to the Mass Effect servers." Annoying! Why don't they give us our exp/credits after every round?

I've dropped today twice, at the end of a winning gold match (round 9) and at the end of a silver match and Every single game i've played today someone else has dropped out leaving us with three players. the last one I played today we had just finished round 6 and then the host dropped so it restarted the wave and we lost the money we'd made there because we couldn't do it again with just the three of us.  and in the games where the 4th drops no one is replacing them. So it's impossible to finish a match. So you invest 20 minutes (or worse in some of hte gold matches) into a game you get 5k for. 


I am ready to break the disc in half. I've wasted like 6 hours today on this and I've only made a very paltry amount of money.

I've dropped once, and it was very annoying. Hopefully, EA upgrades their servers soon...it's not the greatest feeling when you've invested 20+minutes in a game, only to have it go to waste due to us losing connection to the EA servers.

This is fun stuff isn't it? Ive been trying to play for 4 hrs and got in a total of 2 matches. The rest of the time I have spent reconnecting to ea servers. One time I disconnected while i was purchasing a pack that was $1.50 (left over psn card money)) and the order went through but I didn't receive any items. Last time I do that. Is this ever going to acknowledged or are we just wasting our time posting here?

Completely on board. I've stopped playing because it's gotten ridiculous. If it's not me dropping, it's half the people online with me, which is just as bad.

I try to play when a few people I know are playing. If none are on I avoid it. Losing credits and exp do annoy me especially when I am trying to improve a low character, but I learned after about 3 times of being disconnected, I give up. I hope that some of these issues get fixed or at least being looked at.
