Another fan ending that far exceeds what BioWare came up with.
Seriously, wtf, there are about 10 really good ideas that would've been excellent.

Also, an Illusive Man being directly controlled by Harbinger would be an awesome final boss. You'd have the chance to kill the biggest two birds with one stone. Good thinking.
And I get to have those blue babies :3

i would prefer to read some actual criticism instead of fanfiction.
I'm afraid I don't follow what you mean.
Agreed. Many criticisms of the ending just seem to offer less intelligent and irrelevant alternatives. This is a story produced by other writers. Its theirs. Like it or don't like it, suggesting completely alternative stories is just fanfiction. (which there's nothing wrong with)

I like it but I noticed one thing. You were talking about a prothean reaper but I swear somewhere in the game it's explained that the reapers failed at making a prothean reaper and that they used them as husks/slaves (collectors) instead, I'm not sure though. (bad memory xD)
I think someone mentioned EDI stating her suspicion that the Reapers failed to create a Prothean reaper. I thought that merely meant a unique Reaper as opposed to the HUman Reaper. I thouoght that perhaps at least one of the reaper shells contained protheans.

Hm, I don't know if I like the idea of Reapers still floating around the galaxy. I would still like for them to be permanently wiped out. However, the big final battle for the Citadel would have been an excellent way to see our war assets actually count for something. Some could play out on the battlefield in London, others on the Citadel. I think post-Harbinger Shepard would be a bit too beat for this, but making his injuries just a bit less severe could fix that.

I just wanted to leave an opening for a new entry in the franchise. Imagine it's a couple generations later, a la Fallout. The Galaxy is still recovering, but in renewal. You DO NOT play as a descendant of Sheperd. Say that Relay technology has been unlocked and you are part of an expedition to find new places to build them. While exploring the surface of a planet, you encounter a new species that worships something that suspiciously resembles a Reaper. Upon investigating, you realize it is a living Reaper, overgrown with vegetation, and has been passing on the knowledge of it's original culture on to the natives. Do you let it continue? Or do you arbitrarily destroy it?

it only lacks a reason, maybe i missed it, why you wake up after the destroy choice
They could easily make it where rather than waking up after the destroy ending, they scrap everything that happens after you get hit by harbinger and instead you get up with your crew and stumble to the beam and then OP's ending happens, rather than TIM and anderson ordeal and the god-child.

As much as that would be nice, in the context of my idea, leaving it would give the option of a 'bad end' if you chose synthesis or control. Give Bioware the chance to take credit as the greatest trolls ever.

Wow that's pretty amazing, the only thing I would add between the different areas you progress through would be cinematic showing the battle raging in space, on earth and other planets. Would be nice to see those war assets actually being used.

Yeah I like that, and if you simply blazed through the main story, you see your friends in space and on the ground falling in battle, i.e Wrex being swarmed by husks, several Quarian live ships exploding

You really don't need any dialogue either, just can be scenes, for the epilogue. Sounds awesome.
That is how I intended it, save for the memorial speech by Hackett/Anderson
