Hi,
I've tried to play ME3 multiplayer, but I can't seem to find any game, even if it has been searching for like 15 mins. I've also tried buy something on the shops, but I get an error pop up every time...
Do I need to open some ports? If yes, how?
Any clue?

Is Mass Effect 3 and Origin added as an exception in Windows Firewall, or any other firewalls you are using?
Did you try restarting your internet connection?
I've heard Origin uses 3659, but it worked for me without port forwarding....

If you want to make sure it is not a port issue, you should enable DMZ and try again. If it works, then it's a port problem - if it doesn't, then it's not.

I just restart Origin and ME3 when that happens. It has worked every time so far.
