Back in the glory days of ME2 and the suicide mission it used to take 5+ strong drinks (or 1 poisoned one) before our Shep passed out in the toilets.

How ever in ME3 it only takes 3 drinks before Shep passes out in Aria's lap.

That 6 months of civi life must really have softned him no wounder it all goes wrong at the end.

Those 3 drinks were Ryncol.

Maybe it depends on the drink.
