Adept: Stasis/Warp Ammo
Sentinel: Armor Piercing Ammo
Soldier: Marksman
Engineer: Defence Drone
Infiltraotr: Energy Drain

I usually just go AP ammo, except with biotics then I go warp ammo. Since soldiers already have good ammo powers I usually take carnage with them.

I like Dark Channel for my Vanguard. Chaining biotic explosions for the win.

I found that for an Adept, Stasis was likely the most useful for my play style. However, for sheer fun, I took Decoy and also had EDI in my party. There's something awesome of having "5" party members crowding around and creating pure chaos due to the confused enemies, and then throwing Liara's stasis around, too. With those two companions, it does make your party a bit of a glass cannon, so use with caution.
Everyone should try, at least for one mission, having two decoys in your party sometime. 'tis awesome fun. Of course, for the RP aspect, I went back to Stasis as decoy is a tech power and didn't fit with an Adept build.
