Hey.
I have romanced Anders with several characters as friendly and decided to try a rivalmance.

Wanted to make an anti blood-mage female mage hawke. I am almost half through the rivalry path with Anders, but here is the rub: In act 2 when i "check on Anders" and flirt with him i get friendship points instead of rialry points. From what i have seen on youtube this should have given me rivalry points. Did i do something wrong?

here are the choices i made:

Fenriyel - Given to the Dalish -> Anders not in party

Iduna - Given to the templars -> 5 rivalry Anders

Starkhaven mages - Given to templarrs -> Anders -30

Refused to help petrice with the sarabass - Anders -15
Did however revealed myself as a mage to the other qunari, is that what made my attempt on rivalromance fail?

Well if you hadn't done the dissent quest yet, you are golden as long as you can manage to reach 50 rivalry the romance kicks off when you do his question belief and choose the right options.

Yay! thank you... it's probably because i'm such a soft touch. Like alle the companions and i can't get myself to be rude or mean to them. Thanks again:)
