THANKS MAN!!! THANK YOU THANK THANK YOU!!! IT WORKED!!!! I LOVE U MAN!!!!Nemy Montoya wrote...
I think I've been having a similar problem to some of the people here and have a theory on how to work round it.
In my household there are three of us who play ME3 and we have a few other mates who we play multiplayer with. Troubles happen any time more than one person in my house is playing. We start finding that someone can't join or when they do join someone else gets kicked and can't rejoin. For example, I host a game with a friend from out of town. My housemate gets home from work and decides to join us. As soon as he does the guy I was already playing with loses connection and can't rejoin.
The work around: The last person to to start running ME3/Origin has to be the host. Every time we have tried getting different people to host until we successfully have everyone together it has always been the person from my house who was last to start the game who succeeds. This means we can never join an ongoing game as we know it will kick someone. We have to wait until the current game is finished then get them to join a new lobby.
Hope that works for some other folks.
Edit: I dread having to try to set up a game with two people from my house and two people also sharing a single network...

I've never had a grudge against Origins but now I do : /

I'll chalk it down as lag providing it doesn't happen again. I'm in the midwest, usa and he's in romania... so that's a likely reason.

You both must have the same multiplayer DLC installed or it won't work.

Would be nice if that actually worked but i still can't connect to my friends even when they have their DMZ enabled which makes no bloody sense.
It worked in the demo but now it doesn't.
BIOWARE DO SOMETHING!!

You friends probably installed some soft that is blocking incoming connections that's why DMZ doesn't help. From what I can see here it still works the same. This is something I am 100% certain of.
P.S. You can add me to your friend list and see for your self, I can connect to anyone on the planet.

I'm sure you can, but that isn't the problem, they do not have a third party software installed that is blocking ME3. The problem seems to be in the connecting of 2 people to a game who are in the same lan (not 1 in LAN A and another in LAN
If i play with one it works (90% of the time). But when my 2 friends both have ME3 running it doesn't work or rarely works but there is no logic in the techniques so you cannot use them twice in a row...

"4) Me and my friend are at the same place on the same network and we want to play with our two friends who also share the same network. Is this possible?
This will work if you have a very specific form of NAT and even then it will fail to do so more often then not. I have looked into this but for the moment don't have any reliable solution. I will update this post if any information becomes avaliable."

And you said it yourself. (It isn't the exact same situation but it's close)

This is a situation from hell! Connecting this together is very difficult, it's not a game problem really, it's because you actually need to build four connections between two routers while only having one port which results in data beeing sent to the wrong host.
However, if you just want to invite your friend who is on your local network and two other friends who are on different networks (not in the same house!) then it's more then possible, if that the case, I can probably help you (depending on your setup there are different possibilities).

Why is this still going on? I didn't have this problem up till yesterday. Its so frustrating, spent 3 hours trying to join/host with a friend.
After the last time origin updated i am having the same issues as well
The weird part is that before the origin update i could host / join everyone in my friends list. How can this happen when there have been no changes made at our end whatsoever ??? This is extremely frustrating with the new dlc coming out tomorrow
