I have a Visa debit card that just refuses to be recognized no matter what I do.  How do i add points now?

Please contact your card provider to sort this problem out.

No, this is not necessarily the problem. There are several people, who's credit cards cannot be verified (although they work anywhere else). It seems to be a problem, particularly, when your IP address is not of the same country as your CC. Just look at the thread further down: "credit card cannot be verified!"

I am also still waiting for a solution for the problem and I am wondering why BW/EA made this procedure that complicated and why so many people who want to buy BW stuff don't get an answer.

Thanks. I was finally able to go another way through Pay Pal. I have never left the country so that wasn't it and my credit card provider was no help whatsoever so at least I found a way around the problem! Thanks for the help!
