 This store mess is really starting to drive me crazy... first the purchase of a spectre pack and never getting it and having the points deducted... not all of my remain 1120 bioware points have vanished.... what the heck is going on.

They came back...for now, if I didn't know better I'd say Bioware is seriously messing with people.

edit- well the missing 1120, the 160/spectre pack has yet to return. <_<

I have this problem. I'm at the point in Multiplayer where I benefit more from the spectre pack then the lesser / recruit ones. I want to know if there's a better way to not lose 60k credits because it happens to me more often than not. I've been attempting to save up enough to purchase the recruit pack as a tester than the spectre pack immediately after to avoid losing them but I really don't want or need the recruit pack as much as I'd like to have more points available for future purchases. What if anything do you guys recommend? I have some credits saved right now and just lost my 5k recruit pack I was trying to purchase and am afraid to do any more purchases for fear or losing the credits yet again.

Edit: just noticed that there's another long thread regarding this issue so added my name to the list there.
