If you're already done with the Udina coup and she did not join your crew then afaik there's no way to get her back.

Should have saved Kaidan.
For the record, he refuses too if you act like a jerk.

Impossible to be jerk to Kaidan, however.
Therefore, point invalidated.

I have been a real **** to her during the game.
All her crap about: "You were with Cerberus. How can I trust you?"
During the Mars Mission, I really, REALLY!! Wanted to put my shotgun to the back of her head!!

I had that problem in my first playthrough ( female adept) Kaidan didn't join me
Now in second playthrough (engineer) I'm trying to get Ashley back on the Normandy kicking Reaper Butt.
I chose every nice conversation option on Mars. What must I do to get her back on Normandy after Normandy Coup?

This is a good point, it's pretty hard to be a jerk to a dead person, even for a Renegade.
Edit: @Abraham_uk - after the Udina coup, if you convince the VS that you're not with Cerberus and they live through the encounter, they'll be waiting for you to board the Normandy. During this conversation they'll ask if there's still a spot for them on your team, and you can either welcome them back aboard or tell them No Thanks.

actually go see her when she's in the hospital all 3 times. After that, doesn't matter.
I am really not sure how much that matters, at least compared to how you handle them during the Coup. In one playthrough I never visited Ashley, and was rude to her on Mars. I chose the Renegade interrupt and the Renegade dialog choice and she backed down, letting me kill Udina. When I went back to the Normady, she was still waiting for me and still asked if she could join the team again.

Kaidan asked me to come aboard the Normandy on his own.

Should have shot her when you had the chance.
I really don't like the cutscene where you shoot them, it just looks so awkward....I'd rather just let them live and then have them be War Assets by sending them off to Hackett.

If this is your first play then start the game over, make it right, and enjoy it... very slowly:DAxolotl Shepard wrote...
