Hello,
I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but very often ME3 freezes up (I play Multiplayer a lot, but it did this in Single Player too). I then have to ctrl alt del, and go to task manager and sometimes it will resume as normal, but more often than not the game crashes/stopped responding.
Also I get these weird little flakes on my screen very often.
Could anyone please tell me if this is a known bug, or maybe it's something that I can do to fix this?
Regular freezes and crashes.

Sometimes in Multiplayer my game would completely freeze. The last sound coming out of the speakers would still be going on and I can't do anything. No Ctrl+Alt+Del, no Alt Tab, no Windows key, nothing. The only way i got around it was forcefully rebooting my computer.
No idea what it could be.

Yeah that's really odd that the sound still plays. Does for me too. =/

I get the lock ups too, but no 'flakes' on screen. It's intermittent, and quite frustrating if it hits in a later Wave in MP. At least in SP I just reload from a recent save (saving often!). But in MP, it's a combo of losing everything worked for in that game, plus if I drop, it potentially affects those that are left. I make make sure I'm never the 'leader' PC before starting a round . . .

I know right? So frustrating when crashes occur during multiplayer, because then you lose everything. Like the crash that made me facepalm and post here about these issues, I crashed during the last three seconds of the extraction wave. :|

Game shouldn't be major issue in this I am afraid. Check your hardware temperatures, etc. (use temperature logging software - switching between game and diagnostics isn't accurate, because temperatures are able to drop very rapidly)
Also I didn't saw any informations from eventlog, and so on. Guys, if you really want some problem solution, you need to provide as much informations, as you can. Hardware configuration (with PSU manufacturer and model ! ), exotic software (things like DAEMON Tools, VMWare, etc., softwares which does have deep core implementations), eventlog, ideally minidump somewhere uploaded... We can really operate on some statment based information kind like "game freezing". That's not how does it works.
