You should know better. All profanity and insults need to be replaced with Shalhoub. Now quite being a Shalhoub and post more funny photos.

I'm not the one who makes the rules so it's kind of silly to complain to me about the consistency of the rules. That being said I agree with you: the posts with Hitler are also likely grounds for a lock as well and should also be removed.

I'm sorry if you thought I was trying to single you out specifically; that was not the intention. I'm not a mod and I'm not going to dig through all these pages and point out everything that's against forum rules; it just so happened that I saw your post as I was only looking at the most recent page.

I'm just trying to keep this awesome thread rolling.

While I can definitely see the irony, my guess is that in the past they were a bit more lax with it and have gotten extremely strict in the last few weeks due to some people coming on here and behaving wildly inappropriately (verbal abuse of Bioware staff, verbal abuse of people whose opinions differ from theirs, etc.)

It's not unreasonable that on Bioware's own forums they don't really want people swearing up and down at Bioware, Bioware's employees, etc. I mean there's other places to do that if that's what you really want to do and it seems pretty disrespectful to do it here.

It's completely possible to express disappointment, anger, discontent, etc. without being verbally abusive.

So apparently no matter how many times people or mods repeat "this thread will be locked if people continue to post images containing profanity" people are just going to keep posting images containing profanity.

It's even in bold in the very first post.

Oh, well, this thread was great while it lasted.
