Blakes 7, and if you read the book that followed the series (afterlife), I am 99% sure they didn't actually all die, they turned the gravity off in the room, allowing them to escape 
The books and radio shows are non-canon. As for the tv show, it was planned that if they had brought it back for a 5th season/series, Avon would have survived. The rest were dead. Since they didn't though, the canon of the tv series considers them all dead.

I never said the ending made no sense, or even that it was somehow bad. I *love* the end of this show, it's the perfect conclusion, and very dramatic; unexpected. I'm just saying that, like ME3, everyone ends up dead in the end.
