I just got my copy of ME3 and I can't seem to figure out how to download the armor and chackram launcher. Checked some pages back but nothing. What's the problem?

For the Armor, just sign into the KoA:R demo through Origin. Chakram Launcher, play 45 minutes of the demo after the tower. Then, when you get back to origin, hit "reload my games" and it'll check your unlocks by your account.
Should be all you have to do.

If you played through the amalur demo using your origin account then you should have the items, didn't even require any download for me.
