If you bought ME3 secondhand the code may of already been used. Is it secondhand?

If you bought it used the online pass won't work because the previous owner activated the code on his EA account. If you bought the game new talk with gamestop.
PS: The online code is also region specific, so keep that in mind too, if you are logged on to the PSN with a EU account you can't redeem a US online code.

Complain to EA with your reciept and voucher handy. They should help with that much. I had the same thing happen with the Xbox 360 version of ME2. They opened it up for me.xHeroinxBobx wrote...

Wow.
That is the most transparent way of saying "buy our game new or we hate you" I've ever seen. I guess they manufactured a lot of physical copies and they're waiting until the warehouse is empty to let people buy it used and then buy an Online Pass? Every single other EA game I've ever bought has the Online Pass in the PSN store on Day 1. It's been a MONTH since ME3 came out...
