if tali, miranda, garrus, ashley/kaiden, thane, etc.
If they did what? Your post is confusing, as it doesn't read like a complete thought.
At any rate, the Banshees are made from Ardat-Yakshi. It was kind of a major plot point in the game, so I'm not sure how you missed it.

If the only asari Ardat-Yakshi was on that one planet(which I gathered you killed them all but for one), how did banshee's end up on the asari homeworld and earth?
It was mentioned already that it isn't just full Ardat-Yakshi's that could become banshee's.

Yes they can die but they're not turned into reaper creatures. The exception being Jack and I think Kasumi?

In the codex it is mentioned that about 1% of all Asari all somewhere on the Ardat-Yakshi spectrum. Considering that the population of the Asari is at least in the tens of billions, and maybe even hundreds of billions, that is a lot of potential banshees out there.

All the squad mates can die in either ME1, 2 or 3, aside from Liara....not that I necessarily want to go killing her off (though I am not a fan)....but the inequality sh*ts me, she should be killable also.
I actually agree, I was hoping some where along the line she would not have plot armor, the prospect of a Virmire 2.0 was actually intriging in my eyes if BioWare would have pulled it off correctly.
To my knowledge she can die in ME3 though, if your EMS isnt high enough she can get face lasered by Harby right?

Liara survives all three games only because she wasn't a squadmate in Mass Effect 2. That was the only game where everyone on the squad could become a casualty. The argument that the character gets preferential treatement from the writers simply doesn't hold water.

While LotSB did make up for Liara not being a squadmate in ME2, that DLC didn't ship with the game and wasn't a day 1 release.
It also partially grew out of fans complaining about Liara's reduced role in ME2.

1. Shep can shoot and kill VS in ME3.
2. Mordin can forfeit his life to cure the Genophage....Shep can shoot and kill Mordin in ME3.
3. Shep can allow Samara to suicide.
4. Tali suicides if Shep backs Legion and doesn't have the points to call off the Quarian fleet.
5. Shep can shoot and kill Wrex if Shep sides with the Dalatrass.
6. Legion dies regardless of choices.
7. Miranda can die for a variety of reasons....not warning about Kei leng, not loyal, etc...
8. Thane dies regardless of choices.
9. Jack will die if you choose not to go to Grissom Academy.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head....but point shown.
EDIT: Can't Grunt die too?...He can if I remember correctly.
DOUBLE EDIT: Oop's sorry, I don't think James (and Javik) can die either...though on that note, he also only becomes available in one game, whereas Liara has lions share presense in two games...a major DLC and two comics dedicated to her...that doesn't equate preferential treatment?....

No, I was correct.
Mass Effect 2 is the only game where EVERYONE on the squad could become a casualty. In Mass Effect 1 Garrus, Liara, Tali, and one of your human squadmates is guaranteed to survive. In Mass Effect 3 everyone on your squad survives with the possible exception of EDI, depending on which ending you chose.
Liara survives the series for the same reason that Vega or Javik survives: They weren't on the team in ME2.

At the very end on Earth. like, Literally when you are running towards the catalyst. This doesn't really count because at that point, you no longer have a squad and you are literallly at the end of the game.Mr.House wrote...
