   I'm about to beat the game a second time. I got all the way to Priority: Earth. I stopped for a while and played some multiplayer and when I went back to single player and clicked Resume, it autosaves and tells me "Quick save failed because storage device does not have sufficient space. Please delete old saves and try again." 
   Now it's not my harddrive as I still have over 100gb of space left.

   Then I went to Load Game to see if any of the saves show a "Corrupted Save" message on them or something and I got another message that said, "One or more saved games corrupted and no longer availiable. Do you want to delete the corrupted save game(s)?"

It's not new game+, it's a second save I made imported directly from my ME2 save.
I can save manually fine and the game loads up with no problems when I load from the main menu, it's just in-game where it gives me problems.

You're not alone.my first play through would give me the same issues you describe. Then after the Epilogue, nothing but black screen. I looked into the save games and that was listed were the saves i did manually. There was no ChapterSave.xbsav file. So I had to start all over again, then I could get the NG+ to work.

Wow. I just tried contacting EA help support with this problem... their solution was to delete my profile and items from my harddrive, which if you don't know deletes all DLC and saved games associated with your account. Yes, it would take away the errors I'm getting, but it would also be the equivalent of me clicking on "New Game". I would much rather not lose all my save games and redownload everything.

I'm having a similar problem. It started when i was on Sur'kesh and i used the elevator to go down to the lab, the loading screen appeared to lock up(the spinning loading icon wasn't moving) so i restarted my console. I didn't have any problems during the Sur'kesh mission but after returning to the Normandy i get the "quick save failed..." message and when i go to the load screen it says one or more saves is corrupted.

I seem to get that error message when ever i quick save after an auto save so maybe it has something to do with that?
