I ve bought Dragon Age Ultimate. I installed the game, but when I try to see if it was available downloadable content, I get a advice that is already installed but "not authorized". Use the code before you install the game on my profile and assume that I have it enabled, but will not let me use it to syncwith my account = (

I need HELP!!

Compre recientemente el juego Dragon Age ultimate. Instalé el juego, pero cuando intenté ver el contenido descargable si estabá disponible, me aparecío un cartel de que ya esta instalado pero "no esta autorizado". Use el Codigo antes de instalar el juego en mi perfil y se supone que ya lo tengo habilitado, pero no me deja usarlo al sincronizarlo con mi cuenta =(
Necesito Ayuda!!!!

First, go to this page and check to see if the DLC is listed there:  http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

If it is not, go to help.ea.com and select "Contact a Game Advisor" for official technical support.

If it *is* there, then your game is having problems syncing with the server.  I suggest installing the 1.05 patch, which should fix this.  You can download the patch here:  http://social.biowar...page/da-patches
