Believe me, it does! When your liver gives up and all the 'poison' goes in your brain you can see anything:innocent:  Alcohol is better than space magic, bro! Anyway, we still lack a theory about the misterious purple booze, maybe the future ending dlc?

Yes, you're right. In ME2 there are distinct scenes where you drink until intoxicated. They're all hints leading up to this final game!

In ME3 Shepard can drink at the Bar in Purgatory. Doing so enough times causes him to black-out and wake up next to Aria. Aria is an Asari. The Asari home world is Thessia, which has reaper tech hidden in one of its temples. A clear connection.

Could it be that Shepard, during a drunken stupor, drank Turian liquir and that this he has since been sleeping it of in the hospital and all that happened since is a delirium fueled dream?
