Guys we have to promote these facts as true until BW and EA come out with a statement specifically dis-confirming the theory. But if they do that don't worry, it's just a sign that they're trying to intoxicate us in the real world so it means the theory is still true.

I understand why you would want to adopt IT as your interpretation of the ending but.. why this need to force other people to embrace it?

What could be more natural and rewarding than a thorough, thumping headache brought on by intoxication and drunken hallucinations? Don't lose faith my friend, hang out for The Hangover DLC.

We all know that double negatives cancel each other out, therefore if I apply that to alcohol, drunk + drunk = not drunk. If that is true, then if I get drunk and continue drinking to remain drunk, then play through Mass Effect 3, which is seen through the eyes of a drunk man (Shepard), does that mean what happens there really happened?

Looks like he disproved Indoctrination Theory but provided a more sound alternative.

This is what the devs have been alluding to all this time, no wonder they won't comment on Indoctrination Theory, they don't want to spoil the real surprise.

Also, look how many tweets and other references to alcohol among the various Bioware devs and writers were done during PAX. It's a sign.

(If this post sounds disjoined, it may be because I am trying out the drunk + drunk = not drunk theorem... for science.)

Hey I just realized that at the beginning of the game, Anderson never tells Shep what he did to be relieved of duty. Anderson just said "Sh*t you've done"

I think that Shepard was DUI after having a couple of bloody marys for breakfast and hit a kid playing with the toy spaceship. That's why Shepard keeps seeing that brat. It's guilt from the off screen DUI.

Yes this theory is as solid as Pastafarianism.

No i'm off to load a ME3 save to send Shepard to the bar. To get the true ending of the game, Sheaprd just has to drink enough to hit rock bottom and have the love interests stage an intervention.
