Still, right now, I am realizing... We are stuck by a massive hole in our theory:

What are husks?

Husks are the other intoxicated citizens in the area know you have booze and are coming to ask you to share. However, in your drunken state, you inner fear of cyborgs surfaces and protrays the kind citizens as rampaging cyborgs out to still your booze.

Or, with just a little tweaking..

Husks.....corn husks......hmm.... corn liquor.....coincidence? I think not.
now...corn liquor is typically known in the south as moonshine. Monshine was commonly distributed by 'ridgerunners"
Husks run a lot....
Ridgerunners were very defensive of their booze......Husks try to kill Shepard repeatedly...
Clearly Shepard has stolen the moonshine from the husks and they are trying to get it back.
To sell..
As DLC.

Do you think at the end when we see TIM (even if it's in a drunken haze) when he uses biotics.. he's actually under the influence of red sand and it proves nothing about indoctrination?

hmmmm......ever notice how much of a horn dog Shepard is with the ladies and it almost seems to always be hanging around Garrus? Could he possibly be at the I Love You Man stage?

Udina: What about Shepard? He was a war hero, but hes always drinking his ass off on shore leaves.
Hackett: He puked his guts out during the mission on akuze.
Udina: Is that the kind of person we want protecting the galaxy?
Anderson: Its the only kind of person that can protect the galaxy, what ever he does he forgets the day after, makes him impartial.
Udina: Ill make the calls.
Anderson: Dont bother Shepard always wakes up in the afternoon.

its been estabolished from in game facts that garrus is actually shepards sponsor, this is why he shoots the bottles of booze instead of drinking them.

That can't be true. If they were really doing that Shepard would so be calling a party foul for alcohol abuse

DUDE listen there buddy, if bigfoot wasent real why would he have hair? I mean look if he wasent real he wouldnt have big feets and we wouldnt have called him big foot! Who would make up stuff like this?

OMG you're right!!... I've been so blind :D , I should start giving those people I once called crazy loonies a little more respect than I have been now..... big feet, big foot.... Indoctrination theory.... flying spaghetti monster.... it all makes sense now....

I worry about the Zelda timeline ppl too.... almost the same thing... they can't admit each game is simply its own story and have to piece together some half-assed timeline with in-game dialogue and vague assumptions

It all makes sense. He was drunk and imagining all the hero worship that he would receive. How do you explain all the coincidental meetings wherever he went. It's all in his head. I'll go to this school, oh hi Jack.
I'll go to this colony, oh hi Jacob, etc...

All the evidence is here for the intoxification FACT.
Bioware, make it happen.

Aww.... I never called those crazy looney people any names,  just like I never ridiculed those lonely prepubescent manchild protesters everytime they say "Hold the Line"...... not once have have I ever called those insanely bored ppl with no lives a name...... not once

I can't argue with these facts. After reading the OP, this is the ONLY thing that makes sense!

And the fact that the ending drove me to drink was a masterful stroke of genius! Not only was Shepard drunk...so was I!!!

BioWare didn't just intoxicate Shepard....they intoxicated the player!!!

Ok the school and Jack thing was his desire to see Jack either in a school girl uniform or as a Teacher type disaplinarian.

Jacob at a colony? Shepard must be WAAAAAAY drunker than we thought
