Epic troll is epic ^^

Though that's a lot of text for a troll thread.

it was shorter when i started but everyone in the thread kept brainstorming.

Well, if we follow the same...logic...as the other "only viable ending theory", we could probably keep at it and fill this thread with facts.

Bad thing is I was planning on going to bed an hour ago

Uh oh. I think I may have found a problem with this theory. I have a Shepard that never touched a drink all the way through the entire game.

So... how is he drunk then?

Obviously, you were playing it wrong.

When you meet with Garrus to shoot bottles on the Presidium, Shepherd says, "I don't think the Reapers have conquered alcohol yet." Bioware is assuming your Shepherd drinks, even if you never had Shepherd drink. It's like when you're playing as Joker in ME2 and EDI says that everyone on the ship has been taken, but if you still haven't woken Grunt up, then the Collectors really haven't taken anyone, have they?

Oooh, that raises another important question: How does the Joker scene fit into all this? Did that really happen? I mean, you're not playing as Shepherd...

You're assuming my Shepard says that. Actually, he invited Garrus to go listen to Hanar poetry, (renegade response).

Well, there ya go Rafe34, ya have to be drunk or stoned to enjoy Hanar poetry. However even that doesn't help with Krogen poetry.

Honestly, I'd start a charity drive to get a talented artist intoxicated and have him or her design us a spiffy banner.

It would really capture the spirit of the movement.

i thought about inventing a fake charity, with no real way to donate money, to add to the humor but i didnt want to risk someone taking it serious and getting a thread lock

If everyone was drunk, they wouldn't take things too seriously. Maybe that should be the goal of the new movement?

Honestly, that's probably for the best. I'm now convinced that if people thought blindly donating to a cause they didn't research would fund a new ending to a video game, then anything is possible.

yeah as much as it irritates me that theyve been selective on that, i can understand them wanting to stay out of it.  i honestly couldnt believe people took money back on that, it was deisgusting,

I have one. A friend is helping me host it, because of the aforementioned laziness.

I actually hopped into ME2 and got my Shep all plastered at the Citadel just trying to get good screenshots.

Well, it could always be Imagination TheoryWell, it could always be Imagination Theory - Grandpa simply made up this whole thing as a good story to his grandchild. Of course, this is even worse than the actual ending, but at least it helps explain everything.

Grandpa: And then as Shepard took miranda on the engine room floor.
Kid:
Parent: That's it! NO MORE STORIES!

I mean...suit yourself, but I'd say you're missing out on the true beauty of BioWare's masterpiece: driving the player to intoxication on the same (or higher) level as Shepard.

Yep....in all honestly, I was only occasionally checking the boards for updates from BioWare after that. I was thoroughly upset over it.

Then I saw this thread...it's perfect :D
