There is a sword called spellcastor which i hear is great with an arcane warrior? where do you get this sword at exactly? Im pretty sure you get it at the tower but where? Let me know if im wrong?

spellweaver ... you get it in the urn quest. It's held by the overseer in the dragon hatchery.

In the caverns of the large temple right before you enter the Urns temple(The Gauntlet), there's a spot where 2 assassins and a cult mage attack you. Kill them and go straight. You'll enter a large room where you'll be attacked by reavers, dragonlings, drakes, and mages...up the stairs to the left there is a shiny overseer guy...kill him, he drops Spellweaver.
