Not really, especially if she's LI. However she doesn't drop the subject completely right until the..Cerberus HQ, I think. The problem is - you can't see her apologizing to Shepard properly if she's not your LI, she does that quite well in that scene and all is forgiven. However, she has some good lines in Shep's defense in Cerberus HQ regardless of her being a LI or not. All in all, VS are both pretty similar where all things Cerberus are concerned.vaylander wrote...
Haven't played my maleShep where Ashley is alive yet, but from what I've heard she's more obnoxious about it.
But haters gonna hate on Ash anyway, so I doubt there's anything else to convince them otherwise.
Personally, I don't like Kaidan because he's a whiner and boring guy. Ashley is a stubborn girl, true, but if you delve deeper into her personal history and character, you can see where all of this is coming from, and it makes her more realistic and relatable peson than many other characters out there. But from what I've gathered gamers don't want realistic stuff, they want hot alien chicks fawning at them. So whatever.
You're so right about Ashley, if you take the time and listen to what she has to say about her past and upbringing you can see where she is coming from. Most people are all "OMG RACIST RAAAAAAR." God forbid she be an actual person with flaws and stuff.
To be fair, being a racist (or xenophobe, to be precise) is a pretty big flaw, though she seems to get over it in the 3rd game. Then of course there is the whole deal with Horizon, where she basically accuses you of treason and doesn't want to see reason in the least, and then of course her trust issues in 3, which continue to exist even after EVERYONE ELSE, including the highest ranking Alliance personnel, trusts you. Especially annoying since she's a complete **** about it.
