[edit: Most welcome!]
Circle Tower:
Summoning Sciences:
Follow the codex "Summoning Sciences". Always start an excersize by clicking the summoning font...hold down tab and you'll see a large amount of new points to click.
the first 3 excersizes are fairly easy if you use the Codex, however, the 4th excersize is alittle more difficult.
Here's how to do it:
1: Click the summoning font
2: Click Tome of Spirit Personages
3: Click Rodercoms Uncommon Calling
4: Click Statue of Magus Gorvish
5: Click Elvon's Grande Beastiary
6: Click Common Table Carving Spot
7: Click Spiritorum Etherialis
8: Click Statue of Magus Gorvish
9: Click Novice Phylactery
Now go to the circular room where the entrance to the next floor up is located...behind the bookshelves on the left there's a 4th summoning portal,"Summoning the Forth". Click it. A mage image will appear. Use pickpocket on him as soon as you can to get 50 silver and a letter. This letter has no quest related relevance, it's just a funny easteregg. =)
NOTE: On excersize 2 you summon Trickster Whim. This character will show up again during your travels. He's fairly easy to kill if you take out the mages first. He drops some nice mage boots that give +12 defense...good for Wynne in my opinion.
Watchguard of the Reaching:
This quest begins with you searching for all of the Apprentice Notes located between the first apprentice sleeping rooms, and the great common room(It's where you'll encounter an Arcane Horror with some corpses around)
Hold down the Tab button, and enter every single room, and look for Apprentice Notes. When you enter the great common room, you'll see the last apprentice note at the last table. Your quest should be updated if you find them all. Now the hard part begins.
You might've noticed the 3 clickable statues that zap you when you click them? They're related to this quest. When standing and facing the statues from the opposite side of the room, go and click the statues in the following order:
Left(Statue with the bowl)
Right(Statue with Sword pointing down)
Middle(Statue with Sword pointing up)
Unlike summoning sciences, you will not get a confirmation light...if nothing happens when you click the statues, that's good, it means it worked. Now after clicking the last statue, continue through the tower untill you reach a room where an orange named Abomination is busy creating more abominations from Tranquils. If you havn't already, kill him and the other enemies. If you hold down Tab you'll see that the big statue in the middle of the room is clickable. Click it. Your quest should updated. Now if you havnt completed the tower yet, go ahead and continue up to kill Uldred, speak with Irving, get your templar/mage army. You'll find yourself in the lobby of the tower. Go back into the tower to the room where you meet Wynne and the group of apprentices. Go to the basement door on the right, click it, and a fairly powerful demon spawns behind you. He's easy to kill as you're aided by the mages in the room. He drops a quite good 2 handed sword that looks like the sword used by the king before he dies. It's very usefull for Sten or Oghren.
Five Pages, Four Mages:
This quest is simple. You'll see some parchment stands scattered around one of the top most floors in the tower, there should be Desire Demons and posessed templars around. Find all of these 'Torn Pages' untill your quest updates. Don't worry anymore about this quest for now. During your travels, a guy named Beyha Joam will find you. Kill him. He has a...fairly useless mage cowl, but a good deal of gold =)
Favors For Certain Interested Parties:

-A chest in the guest room of The Circle Tower (2nd floor). (A delicate matter)

False Witness:
Your job is to find and kill 3 witnesses who pissed off "D"
Locations of the 3 witnesses:
Cam of Redside: Wonders of Thedas shop, next to the warehouse. He's inside, guarded by 3 others.
Skinny Frank: Located in the Lake Calenhad docks(Where you first go to enter the Circle Tower).
Lowly Brian: Located to the left at a large stone pillar infront of the entrance to Orzammar.
Solving Problems:
Find the 3 dead bodies scattered across Denerim.
#1: In the warehouse behind the Gnawed Noble Tavern, in the back room.
#2: Go to the mages collective guy behind Wade's Emporium. There's a small unimportant looking alley infront of him, right next to the Chantry. He's inthere with his murderer.
#3: The Pearl. The backroom on right hand side after going through the bouncer guarded door.
Negotiation Aids:
Deliver 15 Toxin Extracts for "K"
This quest might seem hard since very few places sell a large enough quantity of toxin extracts since they're sorta outlawed in Ferelden, however, the Dalish don't share the human laws. The Dalish merchant sells them in unlimited quantities. Just make sure you didn't side with the werewolves!
Dead Drops:
The objective of this quest is to discretely drop off "payment" for certain individuals, as contracted out by the rogue "K". The locations you must visit are: -Redcliffe Village - past Owen's blacksmith shop, near Dwyn's house.
-Lake Calenhad Docks - Spoiled Princess Inn.
-Frostback Mountains - near Arhen, the dwarf "merchant" who won't trade with you.
-Denerim Market District - near Cesar.
Before running around Thedas, the quest will end with a choice you have to make: return to all the locations and defuse the drops, or leave them be. If you choose the former, setup the route you take to be efficient - for example, you have to go back to the Market District to collect on the quest anyway, so leave that one for last.
If you decide to leave the drops alone, return to the Bartender and collect your reward; on the other hand, if you decide to disarm them, a proficient rogue will be required to disarm the traps. After disarming them all, you can still collect your reward, but the rogue "K" will be quite upset and not offer you any more jobs.
Blackstone Irregulars:
A Change in Leadership:
NOTE: This quest may only be obtained after all other Blackstone Irregular quests are complete!
Initially, the quest will tell you to go find (and kill) Raelnor - who happens to be located in the alleyway right in front of where you enter the Denerim Market District from the World Map. Upon speaking with him, you can decide to go one of two ways: kill Raelnor and encourage the Irregulars to engage in cutthroat, shady business; or kill Taoron, and retain the current quasi-honorable business practices of the Irregulars.
Making this decision is accomplished through the dialogue with Raelnor. The three outcomes are as follows: #1: Kill Raelnor: the dialogue ends, combat begins, quest over.
#2: Kill Taoran: the dialogue ends, and you have to go find Taoran. To find him, go to the World Map and travel along "The West Road". Somewhere between Lothering and the Brecilian Outskirts you will have an encounter. Speak to Taoran, inform him of your decision, and kill him.
#3: After having spoken with Raelnor and Taoron, you can decide to not side with either of them, and walk away from the conflict entirely.
By the way, if you don't choose the option to kill Taoron, you can choose to Intimidate Taoron and ask him what his life is worth. He will give you 3 Gold and not do business with you any longer, provided the intimidation is successfull.
Restocking the Guild:
Straight forward. Bring 20 health poultices to the Blackstone Irregulars representative.
Grease the Wheels:
Your job is to locate and conversate with 5 hooded curiers. This quest is potentially annoying unless you have the neccersary information. Well, here you go!
Hooded Curier #1: The Pearl, straight ahead from where you enter.
Hooded Curier #2: Denerim Market District. On Sergeant Kylon's left across the road.
Hooded Curier #3: Dark Alley, Denerim
Hooded Curier #4: Run Down Backstreet, Denerim
Hooded Curier #5: The Alienage, just as you enter from the Market District side, across the bridge.
Note that the 5th will not be accessible untill you're in the preparations for the Landsmeet part(After completing all the Grey Warden Treaties).
Notices of Death:
Deliver a letter stating their husbands deaths to 4 widowed wives scattered across Ferelden.
Wife #1: Right after you enter the market district from world map, run straight, past the turn towards the market. Wife is on the left.
Wife #2: Run Down Backstreet(If name is incorrect; Furthest right backstreet on Denerim city map)
Wife #3: Redcliffe Village(NOT castle), inside the chantry to the right.
Wife #4: Lake Calenhad Docks. Name's Larana, inside the Spoiled Princess.
Dereliction of Duty:
You have to track down and arrest/kill 3 groups of deserters, who stole supplies from the guild.
After you kill them, be sure and loot their body and pick up the "Guild Supplies" (otherwise the quest won't finish).
There are three members to track down; the locations are as follows:
Frostback Mountains - standing to the right of the large stone circle before the entrance to Orzammar.
Lake Calenhad Docks - standing in front of the Spoiled Princess Inn.
Denerim City Map - inside the "Dirty Hovel" at the back of the Rundown Back Street.
Scraping the Barrel:
Note that it is important to recruit Gritch (the guy in Lothering) relatively soon, as Lothering is destroyed soon after the game begins. There are three recruits, the locations of which are as follows: Lothering - Patter Gritch, inside the Chantry. He is standing on the left of the door leading to the Revered Mother's room.
Redcliffe Village - As you are walking down the hill from the Windmill towards the town proper, and you cross the little stone bridge, turn 90 degrees left - you should see a long wooden bridge with a door at the end. Go in there and talk to the man.
The Alienage - As soon as you enter, cross the long stone bridge. You will see a man (two, actually - see Grease the Wheels) standing at the end - speak to him.
Brecilian Forest:
Elven Ritual:
This quest is neccersary to recieve the final piece of the Juggernaut armor set(Which is really good for tanks). Here's how it's done:
-Examine the fountain to start its dialogue
-Take the earthen jug
-Fill the earthen jug with water
-Leave the pool alone
-Examine the altar to start its dialogue
-Place the filled earthen jug on top of the altar
-Kneel before the altar and pray
-Examine the earthen jug on the altar
-Take a single sip from the water in the jug
-Take the earthen jug
-Leave the altar alone
-Examine the fountain to start its dialogue
-Dump the water in the jug back into the pool
This will open the large door.
Wounded in the Forest:
This quest is not truely 'given', it's more found.
Your job is to go and find Deygan in the forest.
In the middle area of the West Brecilian Forest you'll find Deygan wounded. If you can cast a healing spell on him, you can heal him and send him back to camp. You can also loot Deygan's equipment, but you'll lose approval with your companions if you do this. Another option is to bring Deygan to Mithra in the Dalish Camp; exit the camp afterward and return, then speak to Deygan for a reward.
Or you could just kill Deygan.
Arcane Warrior unlock:
While doing Nature of the Beast, you have the oppertunity to unlock the Arcane Warrior specialization. Many people miss this since it does NOT show up unless you hold down the tab button. Here's the information on how to get it right:
It's in the 'Lower Ruins' inside the elven/human ruins.
Here's a picture showing the correct location (Taken from Dragon Age Wiki)
The room has a stone altar in between 2 ruined book shelves. When clicked it says that something can be placed upoin it.
That something is right behind it. Hold down tab and you'll see "Phylactery" highlight itself infront of the statue. Click it. You'll get options wether to show the stone to party members, leaving it alone, or touching it. Touch it, and a spirit will talk to you. Talk to it untill it offers you its memories of being an Arcane Warrior in exchange for its release. Agree by placing the stone on the altar. You now have a choice wether to throw it away, keep it, or grant it its wish.
Congratulations you have the Arcane Warrior Specialization.

Go out the back and turn left to enter an apartment complex. Search for a room where the chairs highlight when you press tab. Right next to the door there is a chest. The sextant is inside.

Thy Brother's Killer:
Note: The Mage's Treasure takes place in the same area as this quest.[/i]
Depending on your path through the game thus far, this quest can play out one of two ways: #1: You will arrive in the appropriate area to find some darkspawn (2 Ogres). Kill all of them, then leave the area (transition to the West Brecilian Forest) and return. This will cycle some map flags, and when you return to the area, a group of maleficarum will be standing around the altar. Speak to them, kill them, quest complete.
#2: You've already killed the darkspawn in the area before accepting the quest. In this case, return to the appropriate area and kill the maleficarum.
Blood of Warning: The appropriate area is in the far north of the East Brecilian Forest - the map will have an 'X' for an Ancient Tombstone used during The Mage's Treasure.

Careless Accusations:
After accepting this quest, you will have a random encounter as you travel across Ferelden's Wooded Glen. You will meet adventurers who intend to deliver a message to the Denerim Chantry about a Blood Mage spotted near the Brecilian Forest. It is possible to pickpocket the Adventurer Leader even if you don't fight him.
#1: Persuade them to let you pass the message and send them home.
#2: Intimidate them to turn around.
#3: Stop them with violence.
#4: Let them go.
I suggest not going with #4.....
Blood of Warning:

You have 2 options in this quest:
#1: You can give the package to Knight-Commander Harrith, who is the corrupt Templar.
#2: You can give the pckage to Knight-Commander Tavish, who is the direct opposite. A Templar who ruthlessly tries to end the collective.
Either way, the quest is complete.
