Most welcome to all who benefitted from this topic. I'm still updating, I expect to have 100% of the side quests up here A.S.A.P

For now, it's much less stressful to take the harder ones first, and after that, add the rest, so that no matter what quest you need answers for, you'll find it here =)

I will add main quest solutions for the noobs as well in the end.

Thank you again for letting me know my troubles have not gone unappreciated by the way =)

FYI on the Mage Collective Lyrieum quest. I gave the potions to the corrupt templar, got paid and quest update. However I was also able to give 10 to the Denerim templar and get paid afterwards.

Thanks for starting this =)

A lot of people probably miss the pressure plates/throne room in Orzammar. First plate is outside and you will probably run across it and hear the grinding sound a few times without trying. The other two are inside the throne room to the left, by the window showing a stream of lava. Put a character on each and have the 4th click the throne. Kill a dragon that gives you a named sword (but no codex entry =( ).

Or how to get the nug pet. Or the reqs for the foursome/threesomes in the pearl (I have yet to get either ><).

Hurray for all the love note locations and summary of hardening leliana and alistair (I figured the dialogue afterward didn't really matter).

Ok, so all of those would REALLY interest me.

1. Secret plates in the throne room of Orzammar - never noticed.
2. Is there anything you get if you bring all nugs to the wrangler?
3. What are the reqs for the threesome?

Great guide, thanks for all the work.

First I've heard of this and I am on playthrough five... D:

I will remember to do so next time. @_@

And I love this thread. Now I know where those last two damn letters are. ****ing nobles and their sneaky ways. Here is a question. What the hell is in those locked chests in the Market in Denerim? The Key Only chests and how do you get the key for the Cabinet in Lothering?

+10 Internets. I've done all the quests already but its great to see someone coming up and actually "helping" the community :) Kudos to you.

The scrolls will help alot of people, I'm pretty ocd when it comes to looting things, so I couldn't figure out where the hell I missed the last one. Forgot that if you choose to negotiate with witherfang you skip afew rooms, and didn't go back to get them again. ><

Edit: @ Deathwyrm

You can get the cabinet key by talking to bryant after dealing with the bandits iirc, and the locked chests are right in the middle of the square in market, across from the dwarven merchant.

Thanks for the Lothering info but... I already knew where those two chests were, I want to know what is in them and how to get into them. XD

Ah my apologese :). They are chests for the rogue line of quests you can do in denerim (if your pc is a rogue). I forget whats in them, but its merely cash value misc. items.

really? I just did a playthrough on a rogue and never saw a quest for those chests. Unless it's part of slim cauldry's? I only got the line of breaking and entering quests from him.

there are two branches of quest for slim, one is if you have stealth ability and another if you have pickpocketing.

I am playing a rogue without stealth and have been able to do all of Slim's quests - or at least until he states he needs to plan the quests - I have not tried those yet.

well yeah the stealth ones are the general ones. i have not actually used the stealth ability once when i was doing them. whereas if you dont have a pickpocketing skill, you cant do the pickpocketing quests. although, its a bit annoying that the option to do them disappears if you dont have the skill at the time, you should be able to come back and pick the quest if you have learned the skill later on.

Thanks this post is a lot better than the guide as you give exact landmarks and such, I downloaded the prima guide as a torrent but that doesn't even compare. Yours in much more exact thanks.

FYI, on the 360 version, if you bring up your radial menu, the interactive titles will show up. I assume this is the same function as holding down the TAB key on the PC version. Extremely useful.

Oops Edit:  Excellent freakin' post.  Those pressure plates always puzzled me, but I kept forgetting to look them up!

Handy tip : Sell all your stuff to your dwarven camp merchant (after lothering). that way you know where it is. He also gives the best prices.

The Nug Pet : When doing the Nug quest make sure you bring Leliana. She will make a remark. Speak to her and that will trigger the quest. You can buy one in Dust town and make her happy. It wil hop around camp :)

Thanks for that nug-get of info.  The thought of a bald bunny hopping around camp makes me postively giddy.  :o  I've got to get one on my second playthrough since I missed it the first time around!
