Connection Issues

Has anyone else been having issues finding games or buying packs? Every once in a while when I log in it says "Cannot connect to Mass Effect server" when I want to find a lobby, or "Purchase cannot go through, please contact Customer Support if this continues". Why is this? Sometimes I leave a functional game lobby and cannot buy a pack, or enter a lobby again. Is it something on my end or a server issue?
After I rebooted ME3, the free Operation Goliath pack disappeared from my list of purchasable items.

i ve been having troubles findign game or play with my friends for last several days
game search may be goign for like 10 mins... nothing
my friend trying to join me, or me joining him, game is full and there are slots avaliable....
and store, well lets say it took 5 reps to get a some sort of answer but still useless one...
Fix THIS GAME, PEOPLE PAID MONEY FOR IT

EA server is really messed up these days. I've been having problem connecting to EA server for the past week, and everytime I want to play the game I would have to disconnect my wireless or the game will be stucked at the "connecting to ea server" screen forever...I tried again 10min ago and it's still connecting. Really disappointing.
