After starting the multiplayer I noticed some odd things. All the credits were gone from the current game, and all of my team's power points were reset. Some of the team's abilities are now locked out - there are little lock icons over those abilities now.
One other wierd thing, in one game, when I went in, I got a Fem Shep whose body was all wonky, and she very white skin, freckles, had the red spiky hair you see in the "Iconic Fem Shep" poster ... which I wasn't able to find how to set up anywhere in the game. Totally confused. I was sent here by tech support who had me run some diagnostic which my computer "passed" but they were very light on information there. Help?

This can happen if you load into SP too quickly from MP.
Exit the game and re-load the save, it should fix the issue.
If you re-saved since that point, you will need to revert to an earlier save.
