So, not only is my "Galaxy at War" tab unable to connect, but during multiplayer when I go to "Mission Settings" the map says "System Offline: Unable to retrieve Galaxy at War status." Does anyone know of any way to fix this?
I have not played single-player yet. Could this be the issue?

We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have an answer soon. The issue comes down to some back end wizardry that is far above my head but I can tell you we have our best guys and gals on it!

I am also having trouble. My multiplayer promotions are not influencing my single player game, nor my galaxy at war map. The map is red all the time no matter how many I promote. This has totally ruined my game experience.

I'm having the same exact problem my friend. I'm sure they'll try and fix this issue that is bothering all of us.

Whether you play single player doesn't matter. The glitch is still there. However, I've talked to others with the same gaming system and they are not having trouble. So the question is...is it a particular manufacturing batch that has this problem (which seems likely), or our game media system (which doesn't make sense).

Even though they are addressing this problem, it won't come soon enough to keep that bitter taste of a defeat out of our mouths.

I obtained another copy of ME3 and it made no difference. Same inability to influence the war map or the readiness rating.
