I'm playing back through the series and it struck me (for the second time) that we don't get to use powers outside of combat. I mean, we've got biotics and tech abilities that could make for some interesting puzzle-solving optionals (for those Shepards without either, the optionals would have to be done using appropriate squadmembers). Definitely feels like a dimension is missing from the world without these coming into play.
