That's probably only there to indicate that the picture is taken today, whether it's real or not remains to be seen, looks like harbinger is sitting in the background, and enough blue light to be the final charge scene, the picture itself looks weird, like it's something pulled out of half life, but i guess it fits in if the IT is true.

If it ends up being real i'm gonna bump my topic about this being a PR stunt np.

Yeah judging from this screen, the font used isn't even the right one... doesn't look like the regular subtitles style, too "edgy".

Ok, take a look to the image, and look the video of the Garrus/liara death, it does not match.

Also, take a look to the reflections of the conduit blue-light into the face of liara, also there's no signs of be photoshoped, and the image looks like that its taken from a TV or monitor (Over satured colors, this happens if you take a photo in darkness to a TV)

but the fonts.. these are not the fonts of ME :S

She kinda looks too unconcerned for ti to be real. I mean Shepard was just hit by Harbinger, Hammer team is down and Shepard was out for several minutes at least.

Could be from the VS scene where Shepard stands beside the bed and Liara tells him VS needs medical attention.

edit: Well, or just from one of her romance scenes, lol.
