There are a lot of complaints scattered throughout this forum about both the PS3 version of ME3 and BioWare's response (or lack thereof) to the numerous issues people are having with the game.  I thought it might be helpful to attempt to create a single thread in which we can all gather to respectfully state our issues and tell BioWare exactly what we would like them to do to remedy these problems.  My hope is that if we can get enough people to contribute constructive (yet still critical) feedback and avoid derailing this into discussions of how much BioWare doesn't care about PS3 users and how the developers are lazy, etc; we might be able to get BioWare's attention and perhaps even direct responses to our concerns.

This might also be a place for us to band together to organize a legitimate protest.  It's no secret that PS3 sales of the game are much lower than sales for the 360.  Because of this we're lower on the priority list.  It's just business.  Therefore, in order to have our voices heard as loudly we may have to hit them as hard as we can in their bottom line.  If enough of us were to agree to (and fully follow through with) a statement such as "If BioWare does not make a significant effort to _______ within ______ then I will not purchase ______" we could have a much better chance of getting consistent feedback, timely fixes, and perhaps even some form of reconciliatory action for the inequality in versions of the game.  Maybe just add a little "I would support a boycott if our concerns are not addressed" type of statement at the end of your complaint here.

Remember though, we need to be direct, reasonable, and respectful.  We want them to want to go the extra mile for us (let's face it, they have our money already).

And yes, I realize this might go nowhere fast but I figure it's worth a try.

Very poor framerate in cutscenes and random freezes througout the game are my issues, i stopt playing because i am afraid the freezing issues are going to corrupt my savegames or destroy my harddisk.

@Feirefiz1972
idk why you guys complain about ME3 framerate, i played the game 2 times, platinum it, played until lvl 250+ on multiplayer and the game never dropped a single frame on me.
if you encounter many drop frames that's bc your PS3 system is overheating and probably soo full of dust that it make your game playing sloppy.
i clean my PS3 with an air compressor every month and it run like a brand new since oct. 2009

@duden2217
i dont think you are right, peoples have to be less vocal here if they want to be heard...
its not by treating mods and dev's that they gonna do something for us...

Oh, come on! Then please enlighten why all the other games i own for ps3 run perfectly fine. Its not like i am the only one who is experiencing these problems. If your game runs fine on your system then good for you, but i will stop buying there products for ps3 if they do not patch this.

It has already been proven by the digitalfoundry and other websites that the framerate issue isn't an isolated problem.

So, being less vocal well help us be heard? That doesn't make sense. I paid $60 dollars for this product, I want it to run the way it's suppose to. Sorry, but I'm not accepting this. I demand a patch.

I don't see the point of this board at all if the devs are just not going to answer our concerns and problems, while all the customer service people point us here.

proven by digitalfoundry? yeah 99% of PS3 users never clean theyr PS3 system...
just buy the digital version split the price with a friend, so you get the game + the DLC for 35$ each.

ME3 run perfectly on my 3 ps3, perfectly on my bro ps3, and my gf ps3, we never encountered any frame drop.
sure there is alot of others problems, like sometime its very hard to join a friend multiplayer lobby,
cant join any quick match, credits disapearing after purchase fail. but hey even life contain more bug, like you can get sick, get hit by a car, getting old and die,... i'll call Life customer services and complain. :P

So you come to the technical support section to state to people that there problems are due to there own doing. I have to admit, its some excellent trolling.

It's obvious that CYB3RFR34K never played the single player campaign.

Performance *is* stable in MP, yes. We're talking here about the SP where framerate regularly falls under 20 fps, which happens to everyone.

nah man im just tryin to help, imagine you clean your PS3 and your ME3 start to run perfectly.

it make me remember when i called sony customer services for my new Playstation 3D monitor.
because the monitor was always turning off by itself, and even more i was hearing a "tick" in the speakers every 2 seconds while playing or listening music.
so i called sony asking for some help, they made me do a buch of thing, but nothing worked, until the guy ask me to change my monitor on an other power plug, i was like yeah right it NEVER gonna change anything, but at my big surprise my 3D monitor NEVER shutted down on me again and never "ticking" sound again every seconds all that bc i had too much device connected on the same power plug, that make my 3D monitor unstable.

I clean my PS3 regularly with compressed air. It runs beautifully, except ME3, (single player) where i have had to stop playing for fear of destroying my HD with hard restarts (Hard Reboot -> Checking file system). This needs to be addressed. If you play the game with no issues then I am envious, this is not a pissing contest, this is for PS3 users who want to experience the game the way it was meant. I feel ripped off as many of the posters here do. Lets hope there is a fix soon.

I have the disc version and its the only game I have that doesn't work right, and I too regularly clean my PS3 with compressed air at least one time a month. I have had to stop playing for the same fears but I will be patient and see if they will make a patch for it bc I truely do love to play this game. Mine would freeze up all the time no matter where I was at.

There are numerous problems - has nothing to do with whether your PS3 is dusty or not - these are developmental bugs/glitches/issues that should be fixed.

I have a relatively new PS3 which is well-vented and not dusty but I still get stuttering, sound drops, load jerks, and the citadel blackscreens.

I have the disk.  As I am sure most the people who have issues also have, and yes there is a real problem here.  When you purchase a game from a retailier and you are afraid to play because you will destroy your PS3, how can you not help but feel ripped off?!  Again, if you play this game issue free, then you are lucky.

Let me rephrase.
If you play this game "Critical" issue free then you are lucky.  I am not niave enough to think that there are any console games issue free,  I can live with the occasional problem.  But when a game risks the integrity of your whole console, who is at fault, and how can the consumer have ever known?
