I baught the delux edition on steam and downloaded both the DLC and was able to play them both with no problem.
Then a friend came over with his saved data, loged into his account using my pc and was able to play fine.
When i tryed to play again today i was able to log back into my account without incident but it wont let me load my saved data saying my account dosent have access to the 'Warden's Keep" or "the Stone Prisoner"
if i try to enter my code in my account to redeem the items it says that the code has already been used.
any help is much apreciated, im iching to play again.
Cant log in, lost access to DLC

Because overwriting the bioware folder jinx the game.

Have you replaced back your old bioware folder? I think this is because how the dlc drm is treated on DAO.

Only the characters folder was replaced, then swapped back in 'C:\\Users\\Beasty\\Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Characters'

I'm having the same problem as Beasty except that no one has used my computer or account (that I know of). And stranger still it would seem that my Wardens keep is unauthorized even though I actually paid for that DLC ( as opposed to my Stone Prisoner which was a D2D promotion).

But then again your friend login using his account using your PC, does he have the same entitlements like you do?

I'm having the same issue as well - can't load any of my saved games - "an owner of the following premium content must log in". I *am* logged in, and can view my premium content in my online profile.

Well might as well add me to the list too. Played fine since launch, then starting Sunday, started to get the message about having unauthorised Warden's Keep and the Stone Prisoner. this is starting to get on my nerves. Can anybody at least tell us that they know about this issue?

****g A... after Thanksgiving weekend finally eager to get back to the game and the POS won't let me... Ironcally the "fix" was ONLY fix (thanks bioware) was to download the pirated and hacked executable and content I paid for because of this lame and buggy protection. Ahhh how wonderful... even after Bioware went bragging how they were screwing all that crap, the ONLY people not screwed are those that stole the game, while PAYING customers have to jump through hoops to get what they paid for.

This is not Biowares doing, its that evil known as EA. They seem to be deluded into thinking that making their legitimate customers, the ones who actually PAY for the content and thereby atcually OWN the content, jump through hoops to use it.
All the while the people who download the illegal pirated stuff don't have a single problem.
But we talking about EA so don't expect anything to change. They are proberly the gaming equivilent to Hitler tbh. Did I mention I hate that company EA??

Check that the Dragon Age: Origins Content Updater service is running.
Go to the services list and find the service and start it if it is stopped. (start menu, run services.msc, select service and click start/restart) Sometimes even if its running I have to restart it to get things working.
More troubleshooting in that area can be found in section 3.2 of the DLC sticky thread.

Is your situation that you have Shale & WK on your entitlements page, but the game says they are unauthorized?
